1.What private beta means
VaultYou is in private beta. The product is real and usable, but it is still being built. Features may change, move or be replaced, and you may occasionally hit a rough edge.
These Beta Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service. Where they conflict, these Beta Terms apply for the duration of the beta.
2.Free access during beta
Beta access is free. No credit card is required and no payment details are collected. If paid plans are introduced, we will announce pricing in advance and you will never be charged without opting in first. See Pricing.
3.What to expect
- Frequent releases, sometimes several a week.
- Features that appear as "coming soon" and are not yet functional.
- Occasional downtime for maintenance or upgrades.
- Interface changes as we act on beta feedback.
- Performance and reliability that improve over the beta period.
We aim to preserve your data across every change. Even so, treat the beta as you would any new system: keep your own copies of anything critical.
4.Your data during beta
Beta data is real data. Your records are isolated per business with row-level security and are not wiped between releases. You own your data, exactly as set out in the Terms of Service.
We recommend exporting or printing important quotes and invoices as PDFs so you have an independent copy, and retaining your own records for the periods required by the ATO.
5.Feedback and your ideas
Beta members shape the roadmap. When you send feedback, a bug report or a feature idea, you allow us to use it to improve VaultYou without obligation or payment.
This does not give us any rights over your business data — only over the suggestion itself.
6.Confidentiality
Unreleased features, roadmap details and pricing discussions shared with you during the private beta are confidential. Please don't publish screenshots of unreleased functionality without asking us first. You are always free to talk about your own experience using the product.
7.Founding member recognition
Businesses that join and actively use the private beta are recognised as founding members. We intend to honour that with preferential launch pricing when paid plans arrive. The exact benefit will be confirmed and communicated before pricing goes live — we won't announce a specific discount we can't yet stand behind.
8.Ending the beta
We may end or change the beta programme at any time. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice, keep your account and data intact, and explain what happens next before anything changes for you.
